Description

A delightful twist on the classic minty Shamrock Shake, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any warm day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk (or 2%/almond milk)
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp heavy cream)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (or whipped topping/fresh whipped cream)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon green food coloring (or 36 drops as needed)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 4 cherries (fresh or jarred, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1.5 cups of cold milk into your pitcher.
  2. Add ¼ cup of condensed milk to the pitcher.
  3. Mix in 1 cup of Cool Whip gently.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
  5. Add the green food coloring and stir.
  6. Mix everything together for about 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Kitchen Slushie machine.
  8. Press the “Milkshake” button and blend for 2–3 minutes.
  9. Pour the shake into glasses and top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Notes

For a stronger mint flavor, adjust the peppermint extract. You can also use different types of milk for additional flavor.
