A delightful twist on the classic minty Shamrock Shake, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any warm day.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups whole milk (or 2%/almond milk)
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp heavy cream)
- 1 cup Cool Whip (or whipped topping/fresh whipped cream)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon green food coloring (or 3–6 drops as needed)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- 4 cherries (fresh or jarred, for topping)
Instructions
- Pour 1.5 cups of cold milk into your pitcher.
- Add ¼ cup of condensed milk to the pitcher.
- Mix in 1 cup of Cool Whip gently.
- Add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
- Add the green food coloring and stir.
- Mix everything together for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Kitchen Slushie machine.
- Press the “Milkshake” button and blend for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour the shake into glasses and top with whipped cream and a cherry.
Notes
For a stronger mint flavor, adjust the peppermint extract. You can also use different types of milk for additional flavor.
