  • 1/4 cup milk (any type)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Optional: frozen bananas, peanut butter, ice cream, protein powder

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients into a large liquid measuring cup.
