- 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
- Place the frozen chicken breasts in the Ninja Foodi.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add a cup of chicken broth or water to the pot. Close the lid and set the valve to ‘Sealing.’ Select the ‘Pressure Cook’ function and set the timer for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow for a natural release of pressure for 5 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure. Remove the chicken, shred it or serve it whole, then enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken with spices and herbs about an hour before cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
