A delightful homemade ice cream combining creamy cheesecake and fruity strawberry flavors, topped with graham cracker crumbs.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a compatible Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, process the pint in the Ninja Creami machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- After processing, gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs for a chewy cheesecake texture. Enjoy!

Serve in chilled bowls with fresh strawberries or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
