Ninja Creami Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream


Description

A delightful homemade ice cream combining creamy cheesecake and fruity strawberry flavors, topped with graham cracker crumbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a compatible Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, process the pint in the Ninja Creami machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. After processing, gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs for a chewy cheesecake texture. Enjoy!

Serve in chilled bowls with fresh strawberries or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
