- 1 cup unsweetened pistachio milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pistachio extract
- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, ensuring a smooth mixture.
- Add the pistachio extract and mix well to infuse that delicious nutty flavor throughout the base.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, place the container into the Ninja Creami and process according to the machine’s instructions until creamy and smooth.
- If desired, fold in the crushed pistachios for an extra crunch and nutty flavor.
- Serve immediately in bowls or cones, and enjoy your homemade pistachio ice cream!
Notes
For a stronger pistachio flavor, add more pistachio extract. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
