Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened pistachio milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pistachio extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, ensuring a smooth mixture.
  2. Add the pistachio extract and mix well to infuse that delicious nutty flavor throughout the base.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Once frozen, place the container into the Ninja Creami and process according to the machine’s instructions until creamy and smooth.
  5. If desired, fold in the crushed pistachios for an extra crunch and nutty flavor.

Notes
