A creamy and dreamy dessert that captures the essence of hot chocolate in a frozen form, perfect for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 packets (1.38 oz each) hot chocolate mix
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Pour milk into a microwave safe container and microwave until hot but not boiling (about 50 seconds).
- Add hot chocolate mix to the hot milk and whisk to dissolve completely.
- Add heavy cream to the mixture and whisk to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and let it cool to room temperature. Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Process the frozen base in the Ninja Creami using the Ice Cream function.
- Check the consistency, and if crumbly, use the Re-spin function or add a tablespoon of milk and Re-spin again.
- If desired, create a well in the ice cream, add mini marshmallows, and use the Mix-in function to combine.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
