A creamy, protein-packed ice cream with the rich flavors of traditional eggnog, perfect for any time of year.

- 2 cups eggnog
- 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or eggnog flavor)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggnog, protein powder, heavy cream, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the container from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
- Place the container in the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘Ice Cream’ function.
- Once done, scoop the ice cream into bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality eggnog for the best flavor. Consider using low-fat or dairy-free alternatives as desired.
