Description

A creamy, protein-packed ice cream with the rich flavors of traditional eggnog, perfect for any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or eggnog flavor)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggnog, protein powder, heavy cream, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, remove the container from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  4. Place the container in the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘Ice Cream’ function.
  5. Once done, scoop the ice cream into bowls and serve immediately.
