- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies gently.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, use the Ninja Creami to churn the ice cream until it reaches a creamy texture.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or return to the freezer for additional firmness.
Notes
For richer flavor, substitute half of the heavy cream with half-and-half. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
