Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Once frozen, use the Ninja Creami to churn the ice cream until it reaches a creamy texture.
  6. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or return to the freezer for additional firmness.

Notes

For richer flavor, substitute half of the heavy cream with half-and-half. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
