Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami ice cream maker and freeze for at least 12 hours.
- Once frozen, process the mixture according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- If desired, mix in chocolate chips after processing and serve immediately or return to the freezer for a firmer texture.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Best consumed within 2-3 weeks.
