- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Ninja air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
- Carefully remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
