Ninja Air Fryer Salmon Bites


Description

Quick, delicious, and healthy salmon bites made in an air fryer for a crispy texture without excess oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Ninja air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
  4. Carefully remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
