Instructions
- Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Rub generously with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over them.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly before serving with optional toppings like butter, sour cream, and chives.
