Description

Deliciously soft and chewy Nestle chocolate chip cookies that bring warmth and nostalgia with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the flour and baking soda.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until creamy.
  4. Add in the vanilla and eggs, beating well until smooth.
  5. Gradually blend in the flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow cooling on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Serve warm or with cold milk. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
