A quick and delicious cheesy dish filled with shredded chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing, wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 0.5 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook your chicken breasts until fully done and shred them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat, place a generous amount of chicken mixture down the center, and roll tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Place the rolled tornadoes seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. These tornadoes can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
