Description

A delightful dessert combining a variety of fresh fruits in a creamy dressing, perfect for warm gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apple, sliced banana, halved grapes, and segmented orange.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut to the bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with sugar (if using).
  4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the fruit and gently mix until combined.
  5. If using, sprinkle with chopped nuts for an added crunch.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For a healthier version, swap mini marshmallows for nuts or seeds.
