Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners to prevent sticking.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
- Whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
