Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, then stir in the melted butter.
- Add baking soda and a pinch of salt, then mix in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gently stir in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
