- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Clean and pat dry the chicken wings.
- In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Season the wings with salt and pepper, then coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added spice, include chili flakes or sriracha in the marinade. Use a meat thermometer to ensure wings are fully cooked.
