Description

Delicious miso garlic chicken wings that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for game day or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken wings.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
  3. Season the wings with salt and pepper, then coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For added spice, include chili flakes or sriracha in the marinade. Use a meat thermometer to ensure wings are fully cooked.
