- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients in the mug. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. Microwave the mug on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the cake is set. Keep an eye on it to prevent overflow!
- Let the cake cool slightly before enjoying. After a few minutes, your mint chocolate chip mug cake will be ready to dive into!
