  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • Optional: green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well before adding the next. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in mint chocolate chips and optional green sprinkles.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
