Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well before adding the next. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in mint chocolate chips and optional green sprinkles.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
