- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional: sliced jalapeños, cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and milk.
- Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add the ground cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors evenly.
- If desired, mix in sliced jalapeños for an extra kick. Serve warm with tortilla chips and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of milk if necessary.
