Description

A delightful and refreshing treat combining Greek yogurt with earthy matcha and fruity berries, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with mixed berries and add nuts or granola if desired, pressing lightly into the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Store wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
