Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup nuts or granola (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with mixed berries and add nuts or granola if desired, pressing lightly into the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
Store wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
