- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and forms a smooth sauce.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, along with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
