Instructions
- Preparation: Start by peeling and dicing the mangoes. You can also prepare your pineapple chunks ahead of time if using fresh pineapple.
- Mixing: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple chunks, ice, and coconut water. Blend on high until the mixture reaches a smooth, slushy consistency.
- Sweetening: Taste the slushie. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or agave syrup and blend again briefly to mix well.
- Finishing: Pour the slushie into chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a colder slushie, chill your ingredients before blending. You can also use frozen fruits for a thicker texture.
