Ingredients

- Gravy (homemade or store-bought)
- Jalapeños (sliced)
- Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Green onions (chopped)
- Seasoning (Cajun or Voodoo spice)
Instructions
- Cook French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until bubbling.
- Place the hot, crispy fries on a serving plate.
- Pour the hot gravy over the fries generously.
- Top with sliced jalapeños according to spice preference.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the jalapeños and melt under a broiler if desired.
- Finish with chopped green onions and Cajun seasoning.
