Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix thoroughly.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
