Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef or chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the meat with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil before mixing the meatballs.
