A refreshing summer drink bursting with the sweet-tart flavor of fresh kiwis and limes, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Begin by peeling and chopping the ripe kiwis.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, fresh lime juice, sugar, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth slushie consistency.
  4. Taste your slushie and adjust the sweetness if necessary, then pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the freezer for up to two days. Blend briefly to revive texture when ready to serve.
