A refreshing drink combining the tart flavor of kiwis with the sweetness of apples, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
Ingredients

- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, apple, apple juice, and honey. Adjust honey to taste.
- Add the ice to the blender with the fruit mixture and blend.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnishing with kiwi or apple slices.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 days. Thaw slightly before serving.
