- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- Optional: lime zest for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, process the ice cream in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once soft-serve consistency is achieved, mix in the crushed graham crackers.
- Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.
- Garnish with lime zest if desired.
