Description

A refreshing Key Lime Pie Ice Cream that combines the classic flavors of the pie in a creamy dessert, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: lime zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
  3. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, process the ice cream in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Once soft-serve consistency is achieved, mix in the crushed graham crackers.
  6. Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.
  7. Garnish with lime zest if desired.

Notes
