  • 2 tbsp almond flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and almond flour until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Pour small amounts of the batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges start to look set.
  5. Flip and cook until golden brown.
