Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease ramekins with butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, salt, and baking powder. Stir until uniform.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into prepared ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are firm but center remains soft.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for one minute, then invert each ramekin onto a plate. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a dusting of powdered erythritol or a dollop of whipped cream. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
