- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs to coat, then dredge in the almond flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the breaded shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
