Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet with cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
