- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet with cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
