Description

Ingredients

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
