Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat well.
- Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
