Instructions

- Ensure all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture to keep patties tender.
- Shape the mixture into equal-sized patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
