- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, jerk seasoning, salt, black pepper, lime juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, and optional cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken wings and toss until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Place marinated wings on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through.
- Remove wings from the grill and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like thyme or scallions to the marinade. Adjust the heat by modifying the amount of cayenne pepper or using a spicier jerk seasoning.
