- 10 jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and crumbled bacon (if using). Stir until smooth.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing slightly to keep it in place. Roll in breadcrumbs for extra crunch if desired.
- Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy hot!
