- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and chopped jalapeños until well combined.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, reduce the heat to low, and stir in the cheesy mixture until creamy and melted.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the entire mixture.
- Cover the skillet and let cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish the dish with chopped green onions before serving.
