- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Brush the garlic mixture generously over each piece of bread.
- Sprinkle both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese atop the buttered bread pieces.
- Arrange the bread on a baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve warm.

For extra flavor, consider adding Italian herbs or using different cheeses.
