Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth; mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend in the flour and salt until combined, then roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden; cool on a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip cooled cookies halfway; let excess drip off and add sprinkles if desired.
