Ingredients
- Feta cheese
- Phyllo dough
- Olive oil
- Honey
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)

- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix crumbled feta cheese with finely chopped herbs, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it with olive oil, and place another sheet on top.
- Cut the layered phyllo into rectangles, place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end, and roll it up.
- Brush the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
