  • 2 cups Fresh Ripe Mango (diced; frozen can be used)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Peel and dice fresh mangoes. If using frozen mango, let it soften slightly.
  2. Mixing: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla bean paste, mixing until smooth.
  3. Blending: Add prepared mango to the mixture and blend until creamy, leaving some chunks if desired.
  4. Freezing: Pour into the Ninja Creami machine and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions, usually around 24 hours.
