Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
