- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grease a pie dish and spread the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and flour; pour over the beef and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
