Ingredients

- Butter
- Hot honey

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of a slice of bread and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
- Add a generous amount of cheese on top, then drizzle with hot honey.
- Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet, let it cool briefly, then cut in half and serve warm.
