Description

A delightful twist on the classic sandwich with gooey cheese and a spicy kick of hot honey.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 12 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 12 tablespoons of hot honey
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet to medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble the sandwich by placing one slice of bread butter side down, adding cheese, and drizzling hot honey on top.
  4. Complete the sandwich with the second slice butter side up.
  5. Grill until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot by cutting in half for the best melting experience.

Notes

Serve with tomato soup or a simple salad for a light meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
