A delightful twist on the classic sandwich with gooey cheese and a spicy kick of hot honey.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1–2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1–2 tablespoons of hot honey
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Heat the skillet to medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing one slice of bread butter side down, adding cheese, and drizzling hot honey on top.
- Complete the sandwich with the second slice butter side up.
- Grill until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot by cutting in half for the best melting experience.
Notes
Serve with tomato soup or a simple salad for a light meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
