Description

A refreshing and colorful fruit salad with a honey-lime dressing, perfect for parties or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and mandarin oranges.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
