Description

A colorful and refreshing fruit salad featuring a zesty honey-lime dressing, perfect for summer gatherings or as a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, and dice the pineapple and mango into bite-sized pieces. Place the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and mango in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the orange zest, lime zest, orange juice, lime juice, and honey until fully blended.
  3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits in the large bowl. Gently toss to coat the fruit without breaking them apart.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If preparing in advance, keep the dressing separate until right before serving for optimal freshness.
