Description

A refreshing mix of fresh fruit brightened with a honey lime dressing, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green grapes (halved if large)
  • 2 cups strawberries (quartered or sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (use agave for vegan)
  • Zest of 1 lime (about 2 teaspoons)
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing all your fruit thoroughly under cool running water. Halve the green grapes if they are large for easy eating. Quarter or slice the strawberries, depending on your preference.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared grapes, strawberries, and blueberries.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the fruit, and then pour the fresh lime juice. Add lime zest if using.
  4. Gently stir the fruit until it’s all evenly coated in the dressing. Adjust sweetness if needed. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Notes

For a thicker dressing, mix in a little yogurt or sour cream. Feel free to swap out the fruit based on what’s in season or your favorites.
