Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, sour cream, honey, milk, and eggs; mix until fully blended.
- Stir in the cornbread mix until incorporated, ensuring the mixture is thick but slightly runny.
