Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, creamed corn, honey, eggs, and milk. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
